AETHERCRAFT

Terms

Last updated 15 October 2026.

AetherCraft is a private, non-commercial World of Warcraft 3.3.5a realm run by one person for friends. Nothing is sold, nothing is charged for, and no donations are accepted.

Not affiliated with Blizzard

AetherCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. World of Warcraft and Warcraft are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment. All game art, sounds, data and client software remain the property of their owners; this realm is a hobby project running on server software written by the TrinityCore community. Anything original to AetherCraft — its own artwork, addons and server code — belongs to the operator.

The launcher

The launcher is unsigned software that writes into a game folder you choose. Its checksums are published on the front page so you can verify what you downloaded. It will not modify a game folder belonging to another server, and it never deletes an addon it did not install itself.

Optional AI-assisted remote support

Remote assistance is planned and is not activated by accepting these terms or using the website. When available, it requires separate informed authorization in the launcher. You must own the device or have authority to permit the requested access. A minor must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law. Do not request access to another person’s device without permission.

Before a session, review its diagnostic scope, data-sharing notice and duration. Diagnostic permission does not authorize unrestricted repairs. Approved repairs may download or replace game files, change launcher settings, retry operations, or restart launcher-owned processes within the approved scope. You may revoke access for future commands; revocation does not reverse actions already completed.

Risks and your responsibilities. AI suggestions and automated repairs can be mistaken. Assistance can interrupt play, consume bandwidth, change settings, make software unusable, or cause loss or corruption of data. Back up important files and settings before approving repairs, close unrelated work, and do not disclose passwords or other secrets. Support does not guarantee recovery, compatibility, a successful repair, or a particular completion time.

Warranty disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, remote assistance, diagnostic reports and AI recommendations are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI output must not be treated as a guarantee of accuracy or safety.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and authorized support personnel are not liable for loss of data, loss of use, interruption, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of optional assistance, including errors in diagnostics, AI recommendations or authorized repairs. To that same extent, you assume the disclosed risks of authorized support, including risks arising from ordinary negligence.

Rights that remain. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. These provisions do not authorize access outside your consent or remove legal privacy and security obligations. Where a limitation is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent lawful.
